Floors That Hold Dirt And Need To Be Machine Scrubbed
Wet Mopping A Floor Only Does So Much!

When doing your daily cleaning of a floor, wet mopping is essential for any business. Wet mopping will take away the daily wear and tear, foot prints, spills, etc. The problem is that most people do not understand what happens to certain floors after a long time even after wet mopping them everyday. At some point with most floors they start to accumulate dirt in the crevices and cracks in the floor. Especially when it comes to hard tile floors such as Porcelain, Waxed VCT, Epoxy/painted floors.
Understanding the difference between a floor not being wet mopped for your daily cleaning and the floor holding dirt that sunk in is very important. Eventually your daily wet mopping will just be pushing dirt around on the floor without actually picking up the dirt from the floor.
Once the floor gets to this point, you must scrub it with a machine to pick up and remove the dirt. This can be done using a Rotary Floor Scrubbing machine with a scrubbing pad or brush. Then being sucked up with a wet vacuum after scrubbing it. It can also be done with a Walk Behind Scrubbing machine that scrub and pick up the dirty water at the same time.
Having the capability to machine scrub your floors when needed will be crucial at some point because eventually the trusty wet mop will not get it done.
